While installation of the latest equipment is always interesting, TED Systems began most of its major customer relationships due to the ability to repair, re-wire, re-apply, or provide training on existing systems. Below are two noted examples:

Johnson County Community College - Overland Park, KS:

We began by assisting JCCC in cleaning up poor quality craftsmanship, improper wiring, and inadequate service on their card access system. Recently we've completed a two hundred fifty plus reader hardware and software upgrade of their card access system bringing the number of readers on campus to 500+. During this project they requested TED Systems assistance with their digital Closed Circuit Television System. We repaired the system to work properly and networked additional units and cameras together to provide added coverage. In essence, TED Systems did not stop at fixing the symptom, we solved the problem.

Bayer Animal Health - Shawnee, KS:

At Bayer, we began with providing service on their existing card access, plant wide paging, and closed circuit television systems. From there, we provided upgrades and additions to all three systems. Bayer chose us to provide security systems for their new CAF facility and to move their existing security operations center. This security office move included fire alarm, building management, radio, paging, card access, CCTV, and intercom systems as well as their security office furniture. With proper planning and execution, all systems were moved successfully in less than two days.
